Important disclaimer

Real Wyomissing Boro provides this calculator for convenience and general information only. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that the data or results are complete, current or free of errors. We accept no responsibility for errors or decisions made in reliance on these estimates. Results are not an official assessment, tax bill or determination of what you owe.

It is your responsibility to verify the figures before relying on them. Check recorded assessment information with the Berks County Assessment Office. Confirm the Borough taxable amount, applicable tax rate and actual amount due with the Wyomissing Borough Tax Collector.

One mill is $1 for each $1,000 of taxable assessment. The Borough Tax Collector lists a combined 2026 Borough rate of 6.65 mills: 5.15 general, 0.5 road, 0.5 EMS and 0.5 fire. This is the baseline for the current-rate estimate. The extra annual tax is your Borough Taxable AV × additional mills ÷ 1,000. The estimated total is your Borough Taxable AV × (6.65 + additional mills) ÷ 1,000. It is not an adopted 2027 tax bill. The Borough total excludes County and school taxes. The monthly figure divides the estimated Borough total by 12 for budgeting; it is not an installment plan. Each figure is calculated separately before rounding to cents, so adding the displayed current and extra amounts can differ from the total by one cent.

The secondary Borough + County estimate uses the 2026 adopted County rate of 9.013 mills (budget presentation, page 5). Its formula is Taxable AV × (6.65 + 9.013 + additional Borough mills) ÷ 1,000. It assumes County tax stays at its 2026 rate and the same Taxable AV applies to both Borough and County. The 2027 County rate may change. This estimate is not your actual combined bill. Check both taxable values on your bill; if they differ, this combined estimate will not apply. School tax is separate and is not included.

Use the Borough-applicable taxable assessment after any applicable exemption or exclusion. The County's recorded total is an assessment, not current market value, and is not automatically the taxable amount on every bill.

Enter Taxable AV from your own bill, or use the official County property search to find its recorded assessment. This version does not host a parcel database. Entries stay in this page and are never sent with usage counts. Anonymous daily counts record page loads and page loads where a valid estimate is shown after input. Counts use no cookies or stored visitor identifiers, honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Totals are grouped by Eastern date; totals older than 90 days are removed when the next event arrives. Reloads can count again; these are not counts of unique people.
